Pros
Benefits are solid, the company is a pretty safe place to work for a long-term career as long as you're smart about which department you work in. Working there can feel rewarding.
Cons
Company is almost too risk averse, and some of the risks taken are unwise from the get-go or the company will only commit to half-heartedly, destining them to failure. They're not the most modern company in terms of infrastructure.
