Supervisors, supervisors, supervisors. The ONLY issue you will have while working here is with your supervisor. You can't go to them for anything, other than PTO (Which may half the time get denied, depends on the demand). They have UC's (Unit Coordinators), but half of them don't know what they're doing either, and were just put in positions due to seniority or transfer. Half of them are transfers from another Dept with NO training, and you can't go to them for anything.
