Pros
Good benefits, fair pay, interesting work. I have been able to advance and grow throughout my career with the company.
Cons
The company has been in a state of flux for the last few years making it an unstable environment at times. Employer is not necessarily concerned with employees' work life balance. While hard work typically pays off, a lot of hours are expected from salaried staff, no exceptions.
