CSR - Review - Customer Service Representative WPS Health Solutions Employee Review

Assistance from superviors was lacking and the way they treated our clientele was appalling. Asked for help from a supervisor because a caller was suic!dal and they did not care at all or answer my questions. If the information they would give you was wrong they would still place blame on you. Performance reviews and one on one meetings were skipped by my supervisors. Went downhill after training. Overtime was mandatory 80% of my time working there as well.
