Not What I Thought - Provider Enrollment Analyst WPS Health Solutions Employee Review

The senior reps are lazy, they don't care about the employees, Since covid 10 and now 5 hour mandatory overtime every week, supervisor are great but they cant answer any questions; claim to be busy as if we are not already working 10,000 apps, UC’s are the worst, and the lack of training is why Im leaving. Medical has doubled now which is the worst considering the pay.
