We appreciate your feedback! We’re glad that you’re pleased with the culture and benefits. We hear you on the scheduling challenges, though. That said, we often need Member Consultants to be flexible in order to ensure adequate coverage at the branches. The nature of the Member Consultant role is such that we can’t always provide two days off in a row. Most of our back office jobs do have more traditional Monday through Friday schedules. We’d encourage you to explore those opportunities if you need to find something that is a better fit for your family needs.

Pros

Members are the best part of WSECU

Cons

Not an environment that supports neurodivergent employees. People and Culture Services presents as supportive during onboarding, but once you file for accomadations or raise concerns about treatment or how policies are applied, communication can shift and become inconsistent. If you rely on clear expectations, direct responses, or consistent application of policy, be aware that those may not hold once issues are formally raised. If you come here because they are convincing at least save everything and learn employee rights, because they won't tell you those.
