People and Culture Services presents as supportive during onboarding, but once you file for accomadations or raise concerns about treatment or how policies are applied, communication can shift and become inconsistent. If you rely on clear expectations, direct responses, or consistent application of policy, be aware that those may not hold once issues are formally raised. If you come here because they are convincing at least save everything and learn employee rights, because they won't tell you those.
