The DEI talk is "Just Talk." This is a company that prides itself on "company culture" and history, however, that should be interpreted as a "red flag" for lack of innovation to change and be inclusive. No clear goals around DEI and therefore the focus is on an annual company event and incredible micro-managing. Literally . . . Micro-management to the point of insulting one's intelligence and ability.
Also, recruiting and onoarding efforts, tools and processes are not up-to-date and lack an effort to enhance metrics related to Time-to-Fill and candidate (and manager) experience .
