Pros

Such a good company to work for, great benefits, great pay and awesome leadership. Training was all remote and I genuinely enjoyed it. You have lots of support, especially if you are looking into other positions within the company. Growth is actually encouraged which I think is a green flag for any company. If I didn’t have to take time off from working to care for my infant daughter who was having medical issues, I’d definitely still be employed there. Clocking into work everyday knowing that you are part of a positive team always is very refreshing.

Cons

You will get the closing shifts as a new hire but that’s to be expected.

Pros

Members are the best part of WSECU

Cons

Not an environment that supports neurodivergent employees. People and Culture Services presents as supportive during onboarding, but once you file for accomadations or raise concerns about treatment or how policies are applied, communication can shift and become inconsistent. If you rely on clear expectations, direct responses, or consistent application of policy, be aware that those may not hold once issues are formally raised. If you come here because they are convincing at least save everything and learn employee rights, because they won't tell you those.
