Cons
Toxic work environment and incompetent/unprofessional staff management. High turnover. No performance evaluation process. Bullying/yelling/rumor spreading is common. Managers use “layoffs” to satisfy personal vendettas towards individuals. No in house IT, survey, or GIS staff. CAD, Admin, and HR teams are all undervalued / understaffed and therefore put in a position to fail. The company is running purely on it’s past reputation and struggling to either retain staff or win new work.
