Very Toxic Company which carries the Label Government but is not. mom and pop shop from the 1930's and have not changed since then. Refuse to employ and keep employees that invoke change that challenges the old management. Hires family and friends verses the more qualified applicant. Refuse to discipline career employees and fire or have good employees resign. Jerry Johnson was Ran out of the City of Richmond for his poor leadership. this is a great reflection on him as a Manager and soon to be former GM
