Pros
Everyone is friendly for the most part, eager to teach, multiple opportunities to learn new skills, decent workload, everyone knows how to do their job properly so there's not a lot of friction.
Cons
It's hard to move up (because no one wants to leave so higher-up positions are hard to get) and the pay is pretty bad considering it's a top 16 market station.
