Pros
Smart people, Good opportunities to work on projects for S&P 500 companies
Cons
This company only cares about the financial results and how they look on their books since the first merger. High billable hour goal. which weights at 70%. There are high turnovers on the analysts level with little replacement. The people are over worked, stress and unappreciated. The pay raise in the past couple years has been 1.5% to 2.5% and the management tell you that's the standard. Even you moved up a band level with promotion, there is no base salary raise and only 3% more of target bonus. Speaking of bonus, you have to work way more on your billable in relative to everyone to get 10% more. If you exceed your goal and everyone else also did then you don't count as exceed, you are just considered a mediocre.
