Pros
The only pro's of working for Worldwide would be the free wine and beer, parties that are thrown here and there, fairly reasonable healthcare, a Christmas bonus that helped out and the ability to say you work in the EY building downtown. Other then that, I can't think of anything else.
Cons
Where to start? Besides the pay being a slap in the face for all the stuff you put up with on a daily basis, whether it be from the franchises themselves or your own coworkers/management. You get to also work in a day care; the sales reps run the office and if you are in support/operations, well you are basically the whipping post for their needs and their customers. Management offers no support, nor does c-level. Quarterly town halls to discuss issues? It's mostly a meeting to introduce all the new faces and also to let you know how much money they are planning on making this year. They, not you. If you have an opinion or thought that differs from one of your superiors, good luck and sure as heck do not tell the franchise that they are wrong and yes the error is because of them. 9/10, customers are oversold and operations spends a majority of their day trying to pick up the pieces. The CRM and software is archaic, different versions being used by different customers/teams, which creates more errors then you can imagine. Upward mobility is non-existent as most employees do not leave and they are stuck creating positions to keep the good employees in. Also, watch out for big brother :)
