      Pros

      Good partnership with carriers, but you should just go work for them directly.

      Cons

      You will get no time off and if you want to take a vacation they will make you feel guilty about it. Also, forget calling in sick, they will think you are looking for a new job and you will get grilled the next day you come in. Management is very immature and I am shocked some are still employed...especially the individual who is in charge of the Account Managers.
