      Pros

      Perks included light snacks/fruits plus a progressive office if you happen to be applying for a job in the main Midwest office. Valuable sales experience if you're going to be out in the field prospecting or on the phone talking to clients.

      Cons

      No (local) HR dept. Frat company culture. Abnormally high turnover rate (who's next) Lack of trust. Insecurities passed on to subordinates. Lack of cohesiveness between the regional director and upper managers. Micro Management - told what to wear, how to shave, what shoes to buy, how to organize a fridge, etc.
