Teaches you effective communication and forces you into the trenches. You will learn your flaws quickly and are driven to correct them. Note that this is a franchised business- some locations will be stricter than others.
Cons
"If you want a vacation, be a teacher" is the mantra here. Everyone works long hours and if you don't seem 100% committed to that you'll get fired. 90% of the new hires are typically gone within a year.
