Pros
I have worked at Worldwide for 3 years and it is the only job that I have truly liked. My background is Retail Management and there is no comparison in my professional and personal growth since I have taken this position. I can tell you first hand that you are definitely rewarded for hard work and results. I have personally had a hand in helping our office triple in growth and this past year at our national sales conference my co-worker and I both won $10,000. Although the money is great, feeling valued and appreciated means much more to me and I cannot say enough great things about the owner of our office as well as my co-workers.
Cons
This is definitely not a job to take if you're thinking you're going to be an overnight success. It has taken a lot of long hours and hard work to get where I am in my career but it has all been worth it.
