Some of the worst management I have ever seen accross the board. A complete lack of professionalism in everything that they do. In the interview they will try to sell this as more then a call center job but it's not. You go in to work, get yelled at by management and then get yelled at by people on the phone all day everyday. Their "culture" is the same as a frat house and there is no upwards mobility here. Their motto is basically turn and burn. Doesn't matter how hard you work because it will never be rewarded in any capacity. The whole job is just a popularity contest and some of the things they say in meetings resemble sayings that cults use. I would stay far away from this place. ALSO they play the WORST music 24/7. Like it's so loud all of the time you cannot escape it, some of their top hits include baby shark and other terrible meme songs. I swear they do it just to torture the people there. You never get to pick the tunes and if you were headphones they get mad at you. It's great to be yelled at on the phone while also having the worst music blasted into your ears non-stop.
