Pros
After a brief stint in inside sales (10 months) I decided to look for an opportunity in outside sales where I could have a bit more control over my income and professional advancement. I was amazed at not only the compensation but the training, resources and culture I found at WWE. I have been with the company for just over 15 months and have been promoted twice but more so, have learned more about business and perseverance in just over a year than all of my 4 and half years in school.
Cons
Be sure that sales is the path you are wanting. Early on the expectation is set that practice is key to your success here. Working outside of business hours on your skill set is part of the norm here. Than again, for the right person, looking for the right opportunity, this is to be expected.
