Pros
You gain confidence in speaking and meeting with higher-ups. You push through this job and you will appreciate your next work atmosphere exponentially more than you could ever expect.
Cons
Besides the lack of stimulation in the nature of the work....Negatives include: pay, workplace environment, complete isolation from coworkers, intimidation, no work/life balance, and generally unprofessional treatment from management (overall). This is a turn and burn sales team looking to work the next group of college graduates until they break and build up their in-house accounts. Also, plenty of hostile environment sexual harassment to go around, ladies! They try to pry into your personal life asking very personal questions and making inappropriate comments (this is them trying to make you a better sales person, okay). This is not only my experience in this office. They do not value you trying to be a good person but want another sexual selling object. If you're a male being hired on to the sales team maybe it's not so bad as far as the "person they try to mold you into"..?
