Pros
A lot of freedom was given to employees, the celebrations were fun when things were going well, and met a lot of great people where we were mostly all around the same age (right out of college or a little older). This was a great experience and know some of the qualities I gained will only assist me in my future endeavours.
Cons
The leadership is a struggle in this office which creates groups and natural division. This makes it difficult to all pull in the same direction. The company is okay as a whole, but this specific office environment was not for me. There is clear dysfunction at the top and the issues are not actively addressed/acted upon which creates a dangerous cycle that many no longer want to be involved with. This is proven with high turnover. Outside of that, no one seemed to understand the compensation plan and that was a red flag because it was difficult to get straight answers from anyone regarding pay. Make sure you do your homework!
