      Ability to build your own book of business.

      Cons

      Be ready to work super hard and hit a promotion only to not get a base increase until the following quarter. Tons of office politics. Tons of micromanagement. Frat boy vibes. Feel guilty for taking time off (even with unlimited PTO)
