Pros
The environment is very competitive. A list of who's hot lately is reviewed once a week. You can see where your sales number stand in relation to everyone else in the company. Training is excellent. There are levels of training programs in which you participate throughout your career here.
Cons
As an account manager, this program is not ideal. The success (money to be made) of an account manager is governed and impacted by the account executives and sales manager. They can kill an account managers retention without any remorse. There is a very high turn over rate here for AM and AE. If your AE sets up a client poorly with bad expectations, the AM is liable for the account if it fails. However, the AE is paid and rewarded for the "New Sale". You will be expected to perform unethical billing to your clients and come up with some excuse as to why it occurred in the first place (if the client finds out). As an AM, your average day is about 10hr long every day.
