Terrible Management & Narcissistic CEO; Company pretends to be about the people on paper but they do not - Inventory Supervisor WYLD Employee Review

Company does not practice what they preach, they pretend to care about staff on paper but everyone is expendable to them. They do not listen to their employees or their ideas although Wyld swears by these things during their onboarding. Their DEI practice/initiative is a huge joke, basically trying to hit a check box. The core upper management team that has been here for years & are all friends with each other. Basically paying their friends to do a terrible job then blame the people below for not doing enough, this company has crazy turn around.
