      Pros

      Offers work from home (about four days a week, where possible), competitive salaries, and great events. Everyone is welcoming and managers/team members are helpful.

      Cons

      The location of the OR facility is a long commute for a lot of employees, but as the week is mostly work from home, it isn't a huge issue.
