Pros
They really take pride in their people, I've never had a company that looks out for your best interest at heart and still achieves its goals. It is one of the best companies to work for if you're trying to get into the cannabis industry.
Cons
the hours are a pro and a con, if you work morning shift its 5am-2pm. It's great you get off so early and have the day to do what you need but the early mornings are a struggle at first.
