Pros

Pay was decent, and I liked my direct coworkers.

Cons

Was required to work mandatory overtime for weeks (turned months) on end when initially it was supposed to be 3 weeks total. All new staff are put in a closing position and weren't allowed to leave until things were done, so there was never consistency on when folks would get to go home. Upper management kept ramping up how much production they wanted and faster, even though we couldn't even handle the current load due to being a skeleton crew. Every single person in the kitchen has some level of a stress injury from this job. Absolutely 0 work life balance because you're working 10-14 hours a day and working 5 days a week (was hired to do four 10s).

Da Best, also not for everybody. Hardest place I've worked.

People complaining, but that is 2026.
