      1) Very good scope for learning IOT and platform in Azure 2) There is so many things to do and create in the product 3) The amount of data is so big that we can really use Big Data Technologies well 4) Always innovate

      Great Company, lots of room to grow as long as you are willing to move or travel. specailly in the field.

      Cons

      Depending on loaction, some roles have very limited growth. places with strong presence like Ft Worth, Erie, Grove City, Chicago or Pittsburg have more opportunities
