Pros
Training opportunities are okay (if you manager likes you).
Cons
See title. Unless you are fresh out of college, this is not the place for you. Advancement opportunities are non-existent, and, when you take new responsibilities, they won’t bump your title or pay. Speaking of pay raises, they play favorites there too. If you aren’t one of the “good ‘ole boys” you can expect lower than average raises (if any at all) along with bonuses that are less than the advertised amount to employees (again, if any). Stop acting like the raises you give out come out of you personal pockets. Culture is toxic there with finger-pointing, denial of responsibility and just outright rude behavior (yelling, interrupting people, etc.), and, having to deal with it constantly is physically and emotionally draining. They have a “referral bonus” system in place, but I wouldn’t even recommend my mortal enemy to work here. I’ll be thankful when I walk out the door here.
