      Work-life balance is good. other benefits are satisfactory & still not upto the mark

      Cons

      Huge pay irrationals within mid level candidates. doesn't matter what stuff you carry in return to the organization's deliverable's. Talents doesn't only make you great here. Not a great place to develop career , but can be a option to get your pay hike & get out of the company within 2 yrs
