      Everything.... you only get raises for your first two years of employment after that you top out. You can’t elevate or grow in the company because there is no room. New jobs aren’t created and so everyone is stuck in there current positions.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
