HR is the devil, they will hire you then do a mass layoff/find reasons to fire you. Management and upper level management will quit if they feel like a layoff is coming. Very unprofessional when it comes to reading blue prints. When I first got there, we were trained to go by the blueprints and that alone, then when I got to my workstation my supervisor just told me, “do what he does, don’t worry about the blueprint.” But when something goes wrong, they try to bring up the blueprints, namely because management can’t comprehend them either. It was terrible.
