      Good Pay. Great Benefits that include quarterly bonuses, HRA Fund, annual Prescription Safety Glasses Allowance, annual Uniform Allowance, and really good Medical Insurance. Opportunities for advancement are possible.

      Cons

      Mid-Level Management moves around somewhat frequently. Position openings are frequently "unofficially" filled before they ever posted.

      Pros

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
