      The Flexibility of work schedule is great. The work atmosphere is great. Corporate is very transparent with what’s happening within the company

      Due to the way the company is currently structured and with recent acquisitions departments within the company don’t cohesively work together.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
