      Pay is above average for area, diverse workforce, vacation time.

      Cons

      Company constantly looking for ways to fire employees so they can hire new employees at lower wages. Benefits are horrendous. Job security unstable.

      Pros

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
