      Good, smart people - most of whom enjoy their jobs. Most managers care about their people.

      Cons

      Too much work and too few people to do it. Unrealistic schedule expectations. Pay raises are low (2-3% annually) to non-existent.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
