I've worked for large and small companies, public and private. Overall, Wabtec is one of the best employers that I've had the opportunity to be a part of.

      Pros

      Good benefits from the get-go, and competitive starting pay. Mostly rigid work schedules, no OT.

      Cons

      Lack of any in-depth training on the job, you will have to learn on your own. Infighting between departments, and a lot of push to get product out the door.
