      Many smaller companies make up the parent company. Growth by acquisition is the overall strategy without much investment into building things internally.

      Pros

      Good benefits from the get-go, and competitive starting pay. Mostly rigid work schedules, no OT.

      Cons

      Lack of any in-depth training on the job, you will have to learn on your own. Infighting between departments, and a lot of push to get product out the door.
