      Pay is not bad by any means You get benefits two weeks paid time off with two floating holidays per year holidays are paid

      Cons

      Management will take advantage of you here if you let them. Come in and do the minimum required to stay employed, never go above and beyond, they will make that your new standard.

      Pros

      Good benefits from the get-go, and competitive starting pay. Mostly rigid work schedules, no OT.

      Cons

      Lack of any in-depth training on the job, you will have to learn on your own. Infighting between departments, and a lot of push to get product out the door.
