This company/plant is notorious for using the "good old boy" system to fill opening that allow advancement. - This plant has a reputation of having established individuals willingly "work the system" to achieve their matrices, and manipulating novice individuals into "bending" the rules to achieve their matrices and then turning on those novice individuals when they are no longer needed to meet goals.
