      Pros

      Some of the lads.... problem shared is a problem halved Use as a stepping stone ... gets you a little bit of experience that might help get you into depot work. Possibility of getting on a course but you need to really push, pressure to better yourself .

      Cons

      Poor management- for every 1 good manager they have 3 village idiots. Shocking wages - nowhere near the average for the industry. Lack of support You get the impression it's blind leading the blind Grinds you down Bullying common

      Pros

      Good benefits from the get-go, and competitive starting pay. Mostly rigid work schedules, no OT.

      Cons

      Lack of any in-depth training on the job, you will have to learn on your own. Infighting between departments, and a lot of push to get product out the door.
