      Sometimes you have to be a contortionist to be able to weld in certain positions. But it was okay.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
