      Traditional company, more then 150years old, growing, acquiring multiple business its a company that allows you to grow, move between business, and is spread all over the world

      Because its a traditional company it has some problems when innovation comes up.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
