Poor Management by Payroll Manager - Payroll Wabtec Employee Review

Manager is conniving and very manipulative. Manager does a high-level job of speaking negatively about each team member behind their backs. Manager misrepresents team members to her supervisor in order to make herself look good. Manager does not give credit where it is due, and therefore, gives it to herself in conversations with her supervisor. Manager is overly critical of others, therefore, attempting to make team members feel like they can't do anything right. Turnover has been very high over last 1-2 years (8 or more have left since 2023). Manager is root cause of toxicity. No room for growth and development. Work/life balance is negatively impacted by the expectation of late evening/night hours.
