      High School like arrogance of young culture. Most of the Project Manager are not doing Project Management. So their heads get a little large. But the training is great so this passes quickly.

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
