      -Great business outlook -Exceptional for growth and advancement -Great co-workers -Fast paced, growing company -Flexible/hybrid office work -Excellent benefits and competitive pay and bonus if you put in the time -Open culture that strongly encourages working out conflicts with other groups/co-workers

      Cons

      It's not for everyone and can be a lot of hard work, but if you grind and are hungry you can advance quickly (just be patient). It's not a huge company so you can wear a lot of hats. Some after hours and weekend work (depends on which customer/project). Cultures and expectations across departments can be quite different within the company.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
