      Pros

      There are some great people in upper management that can be on your side and are a great mentor, however there are some who are not so much. There are some great opportunities for training in soft interpersonal skills and in-depth work skills that you can take advantage of.

      Cons

      There are many cliques that can determine if you can get fast tracked through promotions, whether you have the skills or not to do that job. Because here it is not always your skills that can determine your success or not, there are lots of capricious cliques that can pigeonhole you into being stuck in one position with no growth opportunity.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
