      Flexible if you need alot of time off due to lack of work.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, low pay due to unstable hours. Your paycheck does not reflect with your performance. Some good project managers here.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
