Make OK money for a lot of hours - Project Support Specialist Wachter Employee Review

Work ridiculous hours. Never get proper direction from PMs and get screwed over for not following some arbitrary condition that was not communicated. You can make OK money, but you have to work a ridiculous amount of hours. Get told there are yearly bonuses, but they never go beyond management teams. Can't keep up with the times, forcing employees to come back into the office, even if work has been proven can be done remotely. If you can get over all that, it's not the worst place to work. I have worked in factories and other odd jobs in the past, so the bar is kind of low.
